1. Standard Package Cancellation Slabs
If you need to cancel your confirmed tour package, cancellation charges will apply based on the notice period received prior to the scheduled travel start date:

2. Peak Season & Festive Bookings
During peak holiday dates (such as Christmas, New Year, Diwali, and Onam season), hotels, treehouses, and private houseboats enforce 100% non-refundable cancellation clauses. Any non-refundable hotel deposits will be deducted accordingly before calculating the remaining package refund.
3. Date Rescheduling & Amendments
We allow flexible trip rescheduling whenever possible. If you need to postpone your Kerala tour:
- Notify our team at least 10 days before your travel date.
- We will transfer your advance deposit to your revised travel dates within 6 months, subject to seasonal hotel rate adjustments.
4. Unforeseen Weather or Natural Disruptions
In the rare event of major natural disasters, landslides, or state government route closures preventing entry into hill stations, we will assist in rerouting your trip to alternative Kerala destinations (e.g. Cochin, Alleppey, Kovalam) or issue a credit note for future travel.
5. Refund Processing Timeline
- All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@munnardreamsholidays.com or through our official WhatsApp desk.
- Approved refunds are processed back to the original bank account or UPI within 5 to 7 business days.
