1. Agreement to Terms

By confirming a booking, accepting a custom itinerary, or paying an advance deposit to Munnar Dreams Holidays, you agree to comply with and be bound by the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein.

2. Booking Confirmation & Payments

• Advance Deposit: A minimum 30% advance deposit is required to confirm hotel reservations, cab allocations, and tour vouchers.
• Balance Payment: The remaining balance is payable upon arrival in Kerala or before the commencement of sightseeing tours.
• Peak Season Bookings: For festive dates (Diwali, Christmas, New Year, and Pooja holidays), 50% to 100% advance payment may be required depending on individual hotel policies.

3. Itinerary Customization & Changes

We strive to execute all confirmed itineraries exactly as planned. However, route adjustments may occasionally be made by our local operations team due to road conditions, adverse hill station weather, local festivals, or state regulatory advisories.

4. Transportation & Vehicle Usage

• Vehicles provided (Sedan, Ertiga, Innova, Crysta, Tempo Traveller) are dedicated for the confirmed route and sightseeing points outlined in your voucher.
• Vehicle air conditioning will remain operational during transit on highways and plains, but is turned off in steep hill climbs (e.g. Munnar Ghat roads) to maintain engine performance and safety.
• Night driving in remote forest sectors or wildlife zones is strictly prohibited as per Kerala Forest Department rules.

5. Hotel Check-In & Accommodation Policies

• Standard hotel check-in time across Kerala is typically 12:00 PM / 2:00 PM and check-out is 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel room availability.
• Valid government-issued photo identification (Aadhaar, Passport, Driving License, Voter ID) is mandatory for every guest at hotel check-in. PAN cards are not accepted by hotels as ID proof.

6. Houseboat Operations in Alappuzha & Kumarakom

Deluxe and Premium houseboats operate cruise schedules from 12:00 PM to 5:30 PM, anchoring overnight as per Kerala Port Authority regulations. Air conditioning in standard houseboats functions in bedrooms from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM, while luxury houseboats offer full-time A/C.

7. Limitation of Liability & Force Majeure

Munnar Dreams Holidays acts as an authorized travel coordinator between guests and transport operators, resorts, and activity providers. We are not liable for delays, losses, accidents, or expenses caused by strikes, natural weather events, road closures, or flight disruptions beyond our reasonable control.
